Games that I have bought showing that I don’t own them anymore

I understand you need help with your games.

First, try to check your order history if it is showing as being purchased on the account you are using. You should be able to see that here:

https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders/

If you do not see that on your order lists, it must have been bought on a different account before, try checking other accounts as well. It will only say that you need to buy the game if the account does not have the license most especially when the order for the game is not on your history.

I understand but this is the only way to determine if those games were indeed purchased before on your account as all your purchases will be there and they will not be removed. There are ways to play these games even without owning them like if they are bought from another account then it was set as Home Xbox for sharing the games to the console or if they were played through game pass. But if they are not on your purchase history, they will not show as being licensed to the account.

Hello, they’re not in my order history at all, but I had bought those three games during that time period and now I am unable to access them, I had barely ever played the games and would probably barely play them now, it is just troubling that I distinctly remember owning and playing those games, yet I do not have them on any Microsoft account

I have the old Xbox one , and I’m having a problem with the games not showing up in the full library. These games were bought and played with plenty of times . I don’t know why it’s not showing up anymore
