    Erm, mi 360 console and gamertag are already in the preview program, and while contacting regular suport i was redirected here to ask about info and early acces for mi xbox one console

    Sorry, Xbox Support is not able to assist with consoles that have been modified in anyway. It's suggested you return this console to the place where you purchased it and get your money back. You have no idea if the console is already flagged for a ban and it's
    not something you want to think about as you own the console. It's best to return the console, get your money back and purchase it from a reputable retailer who you know won't sell you a modified console.
