Games suddenly vanish from library, but storage space is still being used

So one day I was downloading a few games, when I check on the progress the day after most games vanished, but I still have 92,9% usage of my storage, I tried checking the same games on the Microsoft store and it just says to download it again, I can't because of my low storage space and I can't clear it because the games won't appear, what do I do? I have tried doing a hard reset but nothing happened, could it also be a problem with my external storage unit?

Yes, the same thing also happened to me and most likely, it's really the external hard drive. Please Turn off console > (press and hold power button for 10 seconds) unplug everything from the console > wait for 2 minutes and plug everything back > Turn On the console.

In case the issue still persist, I suggest to format your external hard drive.

I factory reset it and while installing the game the internet connection suddenly vanished while being wired. It worked fine for about 20 minutes.

At least the term "Entitlement" suddenly seems to have vanished with the beards that it came from.

Also the games have completely vanished from my library. But I am able to download them through the store.

Storage is storage. You know the engine is essential space. The back seat is space that’s there that can’t be used and can be seen. So I guess it’s a bad an example because I still haven’t had anyone tell me why almost a 3rd is being used and I can’t SEE it. Like on an iPhone, you can see your storage and mostly what it’s being used for. So I’m just supposed to believe that all of that space is for updates and files. What files? I don’t know, I can’t see it. Even on a pc you can see what’s in your storage.
