Games show how much space they take on their picture?

So I was on my friends xbox and saw when I went into My Games and Apps that in the games tab, the game icons were showing how much space they take up (ex. Battlefield 4 - 38.8GB, GTA V - 76.4GB). He doesnt remember how it got there and I like being able
to see the size of the game there. I've gone to the setting of the xbox and cant find an option to turn it on.

    :)

    Not enough memory? Need help

So, with that hard drive, how much space shows as free when you do
Settings | System | Storage ? When you go into the device, how much space is taken up with demos, which are easily redownloaded later if you want them?

You can also add on extra storage with a USB Flash drive, and you can add two of them for extra storage. Those go up to 32GB each, and the better flash drives show their speed on the packaging.

    Games for Gold now ongoing

the only problem i have is how much hard drive space the games take up when you get them compared to when you buy them on-disc, and how long they take to download.

    Hi,

you have to reach the first drop down menù in the games&apps tab and choose the "sort by size" option.

Gigs on my friends Xbox one

Most likely it's a 500gb. It should show how much space is available under Games and Apps.

I agree with you, you should be able to remove it if you have no use for it. But the idea they take up so much space I don't agree with. By todays standards, they don't take up much space at all. When you think about how much a game might take up. The size of Gaming services and Game Bar is nothing compared to the games.

Limited on playlist space? I'm no tech head so my understanding of this is limited. How much "space" does it take to add a game mode to the playlist?
