Games say I no longer own DLC I do on Xbox Windows

That is a question I have as well. I'm curious if it's my Microsoft account "forgetting" that I own the DLC. I did submit a support ticket to the developers so hopefully, they will know what is going on.

I have written to Paradox as you said and this was his response:

It seems that they recognize that there is a problem and as you say it is rare that Microsoft does not say anything and that on twitter you do not see anything either. Hopefully they solve it soon.

I haven't paid much attention to it, just noticed lots of "can't access DLC" threads. It's possible it's updates with the affected games that has caused an issue...might be a DRM issue or something. Halo MCC on the Store had issues back in August with a DRM issue that prevented access to the DLCs

Edit: Just been having a look around and found this from the Developers of Wastelands 3:

"It's so far looking like we may have uncovered an issue in that store that is affecting other titles than just Wasteland 3. Our engineers are working with Microsoft right now to identify the cause of what's going on, and we're hoping to have this all sorted out before too much longer. Thanks for your continued patience. I'll be back with an update as soon as I have one to share."

Am surprised Microsoft are choosing to be silent about this given it's affecting multiple titles...even more surprised there's still no Tweets about it to the MS Store Twitter (unless they delete tweets of course)

It has also happened to me with Hearts of Iron IV on pc. I have not been able to load the DLCs for several days and trying to find a solution and I can't. This occurred with the last update of the application to version 2110.1001.3.0, I don't know if this had something to do with the problem?

I did try that and it didn't seem to help. I submitted a support ticket to the game's developer. I'm curious if the issue is with my Xbox account not realizing I own the DLC or if it is the game.

Given all the threads I have seen over the last few days covering multiple games and their DLCs, I am starting to think there is a Microsoft Store issue relating to DLC ownership. A single game points to an issue with the game...multiple games (I think I recall 5 separate games offhand) points to the system ie MS Store.

What is interesting is I couldn't find anything on any of the Twitter pages about it...usually there are loads of Tweets from people complaining
