Games re-install with each update

Discus and support Games re-install with each update in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Each time battlefield 1 has an update, the entire game re-installs.     Games re-install with each update


    Each time battlefield 1 has an update, the entire game re-installs. So what should be a quick update ends up taking hours. Has anyone come across this?

    So far, its happened to me twice. I'm not looking forward to this happening every time there's an update.

    Can't connect to XBOX Live...right username and password...can't get any help...what is going on

    Early Update Preview

    Hi All,

    After installing the early may update for my XB1 system, I can't seem to update any of my games! This is very annoying as I cannot play any of them as all the updates are mandatory to play! I have found a solution online which is to uninstall each game and
    re-install, this is fine if you have 1-2 games, I have 7, which will take nearly a full day to re-install and update!

    Asks to finish installing disk every time

    It does it with every disc game. I've re-booted the system, un-installed and re-installed each game at least 5 times, and I still have this problem.

    Download times......

    Peppy disconnect your Xbox One from live and install off of the disc. After that is done then and only then re connect to live and let it update. The update and install are working against each other that is why it is taking so long.

    Game download status keeps disappearing

    I have a similar issue. I had 6 games that were in various stages of downloading updates. Since the system update the entire queue cleared out. When I try to run the game I get the error "0x80270300" and told to let it finish installing. However there is
    no updates to install listed in the update section for each game. At only a 12 Mb connection I do not have the time to uninstall and re-download 200+GB. Is there anyway to force it to check for game updates again?

    what i did was to un-install the game turn off xbox, re insert disc, re-install but this time when it tells you there is an update available for the game hit No and dont install the update until after the disc is fully installed.
