    So, here is the problem: I purchased this console and I had issues accessing my Microsoft account. My now ex allowed me to use his Microsoft login, so I made several purchases with my card through it, including games, in-game currency (COD) as well as my game pass. He used it to almost exclusively catcall and set up dates with...lady friends and - um -other boys (and not for gaming). Once my account issues were resolved and I was able to get into mine, I realized I couldn't access any of this content. The relationship had also ended (thankfully). At this time, he has either locked me out or deactivated his account. Is there anyway for me to recover the content I purchased if I can show proof I'm the one who bought it? Or anyway to transfer it?

    Nothing can be transferred between accounts. Even though you used your card to purchase the content, since it was purchased on his account, he would be considered the owner of the content.

    Why dlc that I bought through Microsoft Store is not available and I cant find it on my transactions list?

    It wasn't purchased under a different account, and dotpay confirmed that the money was transferred.

    Did you purchase those games under a different gamertag? If so, you will need to perform the license transfer for that tag as well in order to access the games again on your new XBox.
