Discus and support Games Purchased through live covers in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; the covers of the games bought by live are disappearing , it is an update of the xbox ??     I think the backgrounds should be changing backgrounds that allow you to flip through all the covers/artwork of games you've purchased/installed...just a thought.

    Thanks man. So original xbox game covers SHOULD appear when browsing through your games?

    Were the games you are downloading purchased on a previous PC or on an Xbox? Just asking as DLCs don't generally cover cross-platform so, if they were purchased through an Xbox, that may explain it

    I just read through the Live Terms of Service and the link to Microsoft Export Controls that was contained therein. Nothing on
    www.microsoft.com/.../default.htm seems to cover Xbox Live Accounts, just hardware and games on CD/DVD. I even looked through the Code of Federal Regulations that deals with Exporting
    and couldn't identify an exact citation that would seem to cover this. I would be very interested if someone from Microsoft Legal or the Investigations Team could cite the exact CFR that covers returning a Xbox Live Account to the correct region.

    Hi Obsessive Power, thanks for the reply.

    Totally unsure here but we are on the xbox and trying to purchase the game through the Microsoft store with credit in the account to cover the purchase. We entered the voucher number thinking it would purchase the game but to no avail. We also clicked ask a parent and got the message listed in the original post.
