Games purchased not in libary

Trying to play resident evil 4hd ,mortal kombat arcade,streetfighter 3 plus various others on xbox one but games aren't in libary anymore?...IS this a license issue? . I bought these on 360 but transferred licence so why ? surely you are entitled to play

Hi my HDD failed during a game installation and now i can't find the game in my libary it's not in a queued to be installed and not in ready to install can someone please help me thank you

Try to refresh the "Games & Apps" section (using "option" button on your controller when you're on the section), or try to perform a

power cycle, then try again.

If the games are installed on external HDD, try to disconnect it and connect it to another USB port.

Have you checked your purchase history?

 

Having checked the backward compatibility catalogue, the games you have mentioned are not listed. That is why they are not showing in the Xbox One library. If they become compatible, then the games will show up. Until then your only option is to play the

Have you looked in your ready to install file, if you purchased them they should be there
