Games pass with a free moths gold / digital code not been sent

This morning I bought the game pass with the promotion of getting a free months gold with it. a code was meant to be sent to me in message center but this has not happened.

Do you know when this will be sent to me? thx

hello, ok so I went through the home page and purchased the one month game pass and get one month free gold. I was out of gold at the time and I did not have game pass at all he time as well. So I went for the deal. I read the small writing at the bottom
of the deal and it said the deal had to be done through the initial advert which I had, and you would receive a digital code for one month free gold sent to your message center by April 15th. Well I waited for and still waiting for a code. I have purchased
a month gold after waiting for my free digital code to arrive.

Whom can help me with this? Of course I have purchase history that proves this. Please help. Thank you.

 

Game pass Promotions

I took advantage of the Renew gold subscription with the free game pass for a month. It was stated that I would receive a passcode within a month to activate my free game pass month. It has been a month since I renewed gold and I haven’t received a code

Per the terms of that promotion, your code will be delivered to you via Xbox Live message by 5/15/2018. If you still haven't seen the code arrive by then, please make a new thread in the forums and we'll be happy to take a closer look into that with you
