    Games Pass Ultimate not active despite payment being made


    Hello,

    I have a recurring games pass ultimate subscription on my account and today I got charged but the status of the subscription still says its not active. What could be the problem.

    Game pass will allow offline access for up to 30 days, until it requires a 'handshake' with xbox servers to confirm an active subscription. Your xbox must also be registered as your home console for it to work. Keep in mine, that some games despite being
    single player still require an online component and have no relevance to game pass ultimate.

    Same issue. Tried different payment methods, updating my billing address, replacing the payment method, nothing works. I already have an active Ultimate Game Pass sub, but it won't let me gift.

    I would like to clarify, is your Xbox Game Pass Ultimate currently active? It is required to have an active Xbox Game Pass Ultimate to use the cloud gaming feature. To check, sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/services.

    I'm switching to Game Pass Ultimate because I play on the PC a lot too, so it makes sense to add Game Pass for PC to my set of Xbox subscriptions. Having them all tied into one payment with Ultimate just makes it easier. Plus, with my current active subscriptions,
    I'll be good on Ultimate for around 2 years.

    As per checking the screenshot, it looks like that it was meant for your Xbox Game Pass Ultimate to be converted to PC Game Pass on February 1, 2022, but you will still be able to use the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate that you have.

    Can you please do check the status of your Xbox Game Pass Ultimate if it's active?
