Games Pass Query

as it is letting you download from the store it sounds as if it is recognising your Game Pass but for some reason it isn't showing in the Game Pass section.

try Power Cycling your Xbox.

hold the power button on the Xbox for 10 seconds until the Xbox turns off completely then unplug the power from the wall.

wait 5 minutes then plug it back in and turn on the Xbox as normal and check your subscriptions to see if that sorted it out.

The remaining gold you have will be converted to Ultimate. So if you have 6 months of gold and you buy 1 month of Ultimate, you'll have 7 months of Ultimate. If you cancel before the 7 months is over, you will lose all of that. If you turn off auto-renewal
and let the Ultimate expire, you can add a standard gold subscription after the Ultimate completely ends.

Hey how are you? I was reading you post and I think your referring to the auto renewal that is put on you subscription after the purchase. Those emails are tailored to respond that way when you buy the 1 month. You purchased a 1 month with a promotion of
another month for free. So after the 2 complete months are done in complete the auto renewal will take over. If you go to
Settings>Account>Subscriptions to view subscriptions or visit
www.login.live.com

It should give you all your information on your subscription.

Not too sure if you mean you have been charged more than you should have, or if you have been charged £2 for two months, first month £2 and the second month free. Making the £7.99
charge for your 3rd month of game pass.

I would suggest that you ensure auto-renew is turned off, and contact customer support if you think you have been over charged.
