Games on demand punch card

My punchcard won't work but it says Ive pre ordered four games but it says I only have two out of three. Help would be appreciated!

Your Resident Evil purchase is not punching. As mentioned in our FAQ:

When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

Your punchcard should update within 96 hours of your pre-order. However, you will not receive your Rewards Credits until 96 hours after ALL of the games you pre-ordered have released. If Resident Evil 7: Biohazard is one of your chosen titles, you
will not receive your Reward until 96 hours after the game’s release date on January 23, 2017.

Therefore it is too early to receive a punch for your purchase of Resident Evil 7.

Games on demand punch card

I want to purchase the final fantasy XIV special edition? Do the special edition versions of the qualifying titles count towards the games on demand punchcard?

Hi StormTheWarlock. We looked at your purchases and see that the two qualifying purchases were for COD: Infinite Warfare and Watch_Dogs 2. Gears of War 4 does not qualify for the offer and The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim had to be purchased by October 28th.
The qualifying title are below:

Mafia III, Release Date: October 7

WWE 2K17, Release Date: October 10

DRAGON BALL XENOVERSE 2, Release Date: October 25

Titanfall 2, Release Date: October 28

The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Special Edition, Release Date: October 28

Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare, Release Date: November 4

Dishonored 2, Release Date: November 11

Watch_Dogs 2, Release Date: November 15

Final Fantasy XV, Release Date: November 29

Steep, Release Date: December 2

Dead Rising 4, Release Date: December 6

Resident Evil 7: Biohazard, Release Date: January 23, 2017. As this title doesn’t release until after the offer is over, it must be pre-ordered before December 31, 2016 to qualify for the punchcard.

Purchase one more title on the list prior to its release date to complete your punchcard. Thanks!

Actually you need to post in the Rewards Support forum now. Punch cards are updated within 96 hours of completing a purchase. I have completed the Games on Demand punch card and have 20k credits pending.

If you preordered digitally it would count as a punch towards your Games on Demand punch card. you would need to purchase 2 more eligible games in order to complete the offer and receive the credits

If you preordered them on or after January 1, they would count as punches on your games on Demand punch card. The credits will not go out until 96 hours after all 3 games have been released

They're still basing the release date for South Park on the one still shown on the Rewards site. So as support stated in your other thread, you should see the credits pending by April 3. Since the punchcard offer ends today, you won't actually see the punch
get added since your purchase took place less than 96 hours ago.
