Games on Demand Punch Card not rewarding 3rd pre-order

I pre-ordered Titanfall 2, Watch_Dogs 2 and Final Fantasy XV and have yet to receive the 15,000 reward credits associated with the Games on Demand Punch Card. The last game to release was on November 29th I should have received the points by December 4th.
The screenshot provided was taken on December 5th.

Any resolution would be appreciated.

games on demand punch card issue

On the games on demand pre order punch card I've been give a punch for South Park the fractured but whole and Call of Duty WWII. The issue is I was not given the third punch for my pre order of WWE2K18.

Games On Demand Pre-Order Punchcard Issue

On the Games On Demand Pre-Order Punchcard it shows that "You Pre-Ordered" on 3 games yet it only shows I have 2 Punches. I checked my recent purchase history and it shows that I did not pre-order The Elder Scrolls V Skyrim: Special Edition which was the
3rd game the page said I preordered, I did Pre-Order Steep and it does not show I Pre-Ordered it. So that is why I am wondering why do I only have 2 Punches?

Yeah, it kinda sucks, but that's how it is. The rewards punch cards are to get people to try games they might not have otherwise. It's a promotion between Microsoft and the company for whos game it is. The same situation applies on purchasing games
vs pre-ordering. If you pre-order and a punch card comes out, it's ineligible to earn that punch card. Sucks because I do love earning the points but I realize that it's to incite those that wouldn't otherwise buy the product, and not reward those that are
already on board.

The only way that your pre-orders would have received Rewards Credits is through the Games on Demand offer, since they were made digitally. That offer requires the purchase of three eligible pre-orders during the offer period in order to complete. Since
your pre-orders were made before the current Games on Demand offer, they were not eligible for this Games on Demand, and have awarded zero out of the required three punches.

The only way you could have received Credits for that purchase is the Games on Demand offer, which requires three eligible pre-orders within the offer period to complete. Since you do not have three punches on the Games on Demand punchcard, you did not earn
any Credits. Additionally, since you bought that pre-order before you were a Rewards member, it is not eligible. Only purchases made while being a Rewards member are eligible for Rewards.

No. Preorders are not eligible for VIP.

I'm trying to understand why pre-orders are not eligible for vip. Is it because otherwise you would get rewarded twice, e.g. once for the vip star boost and once for the on demand pre-order punch card?

The fact that it's not eligible for the star boost is a real downer for me. I would like to pre-order Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition in order to play the Halo Wars Definitive Edition straight away.
