Games on demand preorder glitched

I pre ordered 3 games, (mafia 3 call of duty and watch dogs 2) the last of which came out over a month ago. my credits weren't added and it says I only pre ordered 1 game but if you scroll down the list it clearly lists the 3 games as preordered sooooooo

If they are threatening to cancel someone's preorder due to demand they are seriously out of order. They should never have accepted the order in the first place, but i remember game station refusing to take my preorder for MW2 due to high demand, and they
had loads on the shelf on release day
