Games on Demand Pre-Order: Was my order counted?

Hello Xbox Live Rewards Support,

I ordered For Honour Gold Edition at the last minute and on my receipt it said 13th February, in Aus it is released on the 14th, also when I purchased it using the Xbox iOS app, when I purchased it said 'pre order'.

It is not reflected on my rewards page at the moment as having purchased, instead it says released.. Apart of the reason I purchased digital was for this reward, will it be adjusted?

For what it's worth I'm a 5 star my VIP member, I would feel extremely misled by the store if this wasn't rectified.

punch card not working!

Hi JTREADY. Your pre-order of The Evil Within 2 and Shadow of War went towards last quarter's Games on Demand Pre-Order punchcard. Since you completed that offer, Rewards Credits were awarded back in August. Your pre-order of South Park was made on September
4. The current Games on Demand Pre-Order punchcard began October 1. For pre-orders to qualify, they need to be made during the offer period.

Haven’t received my points for preordering destiny 2

Hi ABitOfFruit. Smwutches is correct. That pre-order went towards the Games on Demand Pre-Order punchcard. Since you didn't purchase three pre-orders, the mission was not completed.

It takes us up to 96 hours to process purchase information. Since you purchased your pre-order yesterday, it is too early for us to see this transaction. If you purchased this title as a pre-order, it should show up as a punch on your Games on Demand punchcard.
Keep in mind that the punchcard is the 1 -2 - 3 counter at the top of the page.

Pre-orders do not count towards VIP so it would not have counted towards your VIP boost. Pre-orders will only count for credits or anything if they are part of a specific offer on the site at the time. So your Halo Wars 2 purchase would have counted towards
your Games on Demand Punchcard. Individual purchases are not shown on your Rewards statement. Only offers you have complete.

Since you purchased this title at 3:47 PM 2/13 UTC, we see this purchase was made 2:47 AM 2/14 in your local time zone. Therefore, it is being flagged as not a pre-order, and did not go to Games on Demand.
