Games nowhere to be found...

Hi guys,

First of all, merry christmas to all of you!

So, i got my Xbox One for christmas this year and i was really exited to get started. Mainly because some of the games i used to own can now be played due to backwards compatibility. Ever since i was little Banjo and Kazoo have been one of my favorite characters
of all time, and so i owned all the BK games on my xbox 360 (before that on N64 off course)

Now comes the issue. Both of the BK games (Banjo-Kazooie and Banjo-Tooie) are not showing up in my games folder under 'ready to install'. I'm signed in on the same account as i was on my xbox 360 and it does show all the achievements of the games, but i
can't seem to install them. I've been trying to find out how i can fix this on forums and support for the past 4 hours now and i would really like to start playing again.

Hopefully some, or even one, of you can help me resolve this problem. You guys would save my Christmas.

Did you pay for the decks or download the free versions? The free versions don't actually give you the decks. It appears to be a compatibility patch that allows you to play multiplayer against people who buy the new decks. If you want more decks than
come with the original game, you'll have to pay for them.

I don't know what the answer is, all i can recommend is, since you just got the game, uninstall and then reinstall the game to see if the errors go away.

I'm sorry to see you are having difficulty playing some games. For starters, were your old games purchased digitally on your Xbox 360 or did you purchase them as hard copies?

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the games on your Xbox 360? And then signing into your Xbox One to see if they are present in the Ready to Install section?

wont i lose all my progress in the process of reinstalling the games? I'll probably give it a try anyway but i hope i won't lose my saves...

If my memory serves me right, when you go into System Settings > Memory/Storage > and select a game , there was an option to delete ONLY the gave and still retain the save game data. There would be two separate items: the actual game and a save file, along
with anything else you purchased and downloaded for a specific game. As long as you don't delete the save file, you should be able to reinstall the game and continue right where you left off!

At the top right of the page there's an option to 'Add A New Post'. Select that and you can create a new thread
