Games not working/ Not available

its been 2 weeks since this has been happening to me certain games on the game pass for pc just wont launch.

my son bought the windows 10 Minecraft bundle edition but cant open it or play its in our purchases but unable to open and play keeps taking us to the free trial what can we do

Hey there HighbornZeus40,

Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to hopefully get your games to launch as expected. I can totally understand how this could be pretty disheartening. I'm sure that provided enough information on the matter, we can get to the bottom
of this and provide appropriate troubleshooting. If you don't mind me asking what troubleshooting steps have you tried thus far?

Normally in situations where your games are not launching off of PC, it is best to try the steps outlined in our support page entitled
Game freezes or stops responding on a Windows
10 device.

When you get the chance, give that a shot and let us know how that helped.

Hello, do you still have the trial version downloaded?? If so I would delete that.

This does'nt work. Game Room is available for downloading for you? Or the game Pitfall is available to buy in Game Room?
