Games not showing up on PC

Hello John_bugg202, according to the links below Plague Inc is available for PC, Android, IOS and Windows Phone, but if you purchased the game from the Microsoft store you will only be able to play it on your PC.

Try to find it through the Microsft Store App, log in with the account that purchased the game and then open the App, click Library on the bottom left button and the next page filter by games.

Or you can try to visualize it through the Xbox APP for PC by going to your library.

I'm sorry to hear that you're not able to use this DLC in your PC
Please check if you're able to see the purchased DLC in your Microsoft account order history with the "completed" status

If maybe you're not able to see the DLC listed there make sure to change the filter "ordered within" to "all available", and if you have more than one email address check the order history on each one.

If maybe you're able to see it, make sure that you're logged in both Xbox app and Microsoft Store with the account that owns the content

Press the Windows key +R

Type WSReset.exe and press Enter.

Restart your PC.

If it still says you don't have it, I kindly ask you to speak with XBOX Staff.

I've already tried every possible remedy available and at this point I need a refund. I payed for a product that is no longer working as advertised and no way to get in contact with any kind of customer support help to fix it. I don't understand why this issue is being ignored as there are lots of other customers having this same issue and who have done everything your telling me to do and more with the same results as me. Please send me any info that is needed for me to start the refund process as I have been patient enough with this issue and rather just recoup my money for a product that i bought from this company but now is no longer available for my use. This issue is a company problem which means there is nothing left for me to do other then kindly request my money back and move on from these irresponsible company practices going on. Sincerely a paying customer.

Unfortunately that game is not within the "Play Anywhere" category, so the console license cannot be used on PC, only games within this category can be used on both platforms with the same purchase.
