Never mind. I guess i should have tried the hard reboot option first. The list has showed up again.

If the problem persists after the soft
factory reset of the console, please try the Full Factory reset.



In some cases, if a corrupt game file is causing the issue you're troubleshooting, you may have to choose
Reset and remove everything, but you should always start with
Reset and keep my games & apps and save Reset and remove everything as a last resort.
Please note before doing this troubleshooting step, make sure to know your email and passwords for your Xbox profiles.

IF THE CONSOLE IS CONNECTED TO THE INTERNET no progress or purchase data will be lost, what we accomplish by doing these steps would be to resync the profile to the cloud getting rid of any corruption as a byproduct.

It's the internal hardrive on the sysyem. 1TB. I have no peripherals or external drives attached to my xbox.
