Games not showing up in My Games on Xbox 360

it's not showing up. i just see 360 games. does my profile have something to do with it ? my profile just shows 360 gaming. none of my xbox one games show on my profile.

Has anyone reported the issue with the Xbox 360 system update to the Xbox Support Team yet to your knowledge? Microsoft has been having trouble with their software releases all week and I hope they can resolve the tag issue with Downloaded games. It's like the Xbox 360 system fails to recognize the associated user profile tag which causes it not appear in the playable Games list. However, the downloaded games do show up on the Hard Drive Games content. Have you any other thoughts for the cause?

Just to be clear. Are you any Insider build? If so, it appears to be an issue with the update.

So far I have not seen other reports. Have you tried transferring the licenses to this console to see if that might fix the problem?

Settings > Account > License Transfer

Still can't see my all achievements on Xbox one or the Xbox app for Android or Xbox.com. The only achievements I can see are recently played games, but none of my old 360 or One games show up on the list. . I can view my achievements fine on the true achievements
app for Xbox one. I have to boot up an old game for the achievements of that game to show back up. I can view my Xbox 360 achievements on the 360 emulator also.
