Games not showing the x/s on the box art

G'day mate. The box arts still aren't showing up for new released games.

Just to clarify, The box arts do show up in the Xbox Games Store, but not in my games library. Also, another thing is that my brother came over from the UK, recovered his account and my Xbox and the games box art showed on his account, but never on mine.

We've received word that this should be resolved now. We have a few steps for you to run through to help clear up this box art issue:

- Delete game displaying incorrect box art from hard drive

- Clear cache 3 times

- Power cycle console

- Redownload game displaying incorrect box art from download history

Just to clarify these steps are for seeing the incorrect box art (Lords & Kingdoms) for titles on the Xbox 360.
This is not a fix for box art not showing for Xbox 360 games, if you are having trouble with cover art not displaying for some Xbox 360 games,

I also have a X box Seeries s and the event tab doesn't show on my x box I have deleted the gane and redownload the game shame problem

I have the same issue. I bought the x box series s and it shows that today is the delivery day but no x box. Did i get scammed?

There actually is box art for it (showing the three arcade machines) which you can see in the Marketplace or here on Xbox.com when you go check your Games. It's just another minor bug with the Kollection.
