    Games not showing on xbox page


    So I just bought the backbone device and its worth every penny because I am a traveler that like to mobile games. In the backbone app, it shows me games that are listed but when I try to play them in the xbox app, it says they aren't listed. Games like FNAF, or GTA san andreas, Outlast and more. How do I get these games to show up on my xbox app mobile with Backbone?

    Hello Chris, I did a little research regarding your equipment, and by the description on the manufacturer's website not every game is available for all platforms, the link below has the list of games that are available through Backbone services.

    Hello again, I don't think Xbox support can help you, because Backbone offers the service, and includes what's available or not, ideally contactbackbone service, as it may be some bug in their services and games are not listed.

    Well thank you for replying. I tried to play FNAF on my backbone because it is listed here a game that could be played and it never shows up in the library. Should I consult with Xbox about this?

    Sorry to hear that didn't work. I recommend you try to factory reset your console. This won't delete any of your saved game data or already installed games and apps. Factory resetting your console will reset the OS and delete and potentially corrupted data.

    Warning: Before following these steps, ensure you are already connected to the Xbox network. Your console will automatically sync data to the network when connected so if your console was offline for a while, any data not synced will be lost in the process.

    1. Go to your Games & Apps at the top of the Home menu, then find the Settings app.

    2. Go to System, then Console Info, then Reset console.

    3. Select Reset and keep my games and apps.

    4. Start the set-up process and see if the issue is fixed.

    Let me know if that fixed it for you. If not, we can try some other troubleshooting steps.
