Games not showing on family account

Sorry to hear about that, however, please note that even though you are in a family group, that doesn't mean you can be able to share purchased games within the group.

If you have a family group, the organizer or the adult account can be able to manage the privacy settings for the members who are usually child/teen accounts.

To be able to share games within the console, the owner of the game needs to set the console as home so whoever signs in can access all the games.

Sign in using the account that owns the game on the console > Go to Settings > General > Personalization > My home Xbox.

After i do this, how do my games show up on the family members account?

Do you mean game pass? Or you're game sharing with someone in your family? If its game share then try having your family member login with their account on the console and see if it shows up then.

This seems to be an issue with account that are part of a greater family account. My step son is a part of my family to limit his play after a certain time of night - and this seems the be the only correlation with why his account doesn’t work for the show 21 online.

Other online game’s work fine, but there seems to be something the game doesn’t like about family managed accounts.

This is his favorite game, can we get assistance with this?

Each child account Has to have an adult account attached to it.

Have you tried signing into your account at account.microsoft.com/family and seeing if it is showing up there as a child account under a family with an adult account attached to it?
