Games not playing and back to desktop.... What worked for me.. (With HELP from Microsoft ...

My new Xbox One worked fin for the last month then after the update all of a sudden my Battlefield 4 wouldn't work and my downloaded Titanfall wouldn't play and couldn't find my profile to play the gamel

I went online to Xbox Chat ( after 40 minutes of waiting) we tried the following things:

Cleaning up some items: ( All which failed to fix the problem for me but might for you)

1. Settings ---- Disk & Blu-ray---Persistant Storage--- the finally Clear Persistant Storage

2. The other was to power off the unit by holder the power button on the console for 5-10 seconds, then unplug all cords from the console, unplug the power from the brick and re plug items and re start system

3. Settings---- Network---Advanced Settings---- Alternative MAC Address---Clear

Then what did fix my problem so far was a HARD RESET ( this will delete your game add on's but not your saved games as they are saved to the could (per Microsoft))

Settings--- System---Restore Factory Defaults

After I did this I was able to reinstall the game and it would play... noe i have to go back and reinstall all the game add on's that I purchased... I'm still downloading the Titan Fall to see if it will read my profile now to play that game.

Can't play multi-player minecraft xbox one

I don't know if this will help but a really helpful guy from Microsoft support helped me and it worked. I can now play multi-player with no trouble. This is what we did - I removed my profile from Xbox one turned my Xbox off at the power button, waited 30
seconds , put my profile back on went into my settings which I had as custom then put it on adult settings, loaded minecraft up it worked, exited Minecraft, then I went back into my settings and customised them again loaded up Minecraft and it still worked.

Premium Taptiles Subcription

I purchased a Taptiles premium subscription for one year with my Xbox Game/Microsoft Store account as well on my desktop PC, I logged onto my laptop under my Xbox Games ID and the Taptiles premium worked fine, about 1 months into the subscription the laptop
Taptiles premium game advised that my subscription was expiring and I needed to re-purchase. The desktop premium Taptiles is still valid and working fine. What is this all about and why do I have to deal with this? Can someone please respond back to this thread.
If not, please stop taking subscription money.
