Games not loading at all

I load into any of my games and it doesn't want to load in... it started with NBA live 18 when I started it, it didn't load in. Today, none of ny games wanna load in anymore and it's all the profiles too...it can't load into games, I'm just stuck on a loading
screen forever. Could you guys please help me.

Game not loading - At all

I have the same problem as the OP, even hard resets don't do anything to fix it, the only time I can get past the black screen with "Call of Duty Advanced Warfare" on it, is when I start the game up with no account signed in, but when I sign in I get stuck
with the "Reading Save Device" as well. I have the Digital Edition. So uninstalling/re-installing is out of the question unless I want to pay the price of the game in download fee's.

This problems been happening for two days so far. It works randomly but then it'll just continue to do this a few minutes later, when the EB Games staff said "Call of Duty is the game with the most issues" during the midnight launch, I guess they weren't
joking.

Game not loading - At all

Do a hard reset of your console and that should fix it. If it does not fix it then I would call Xbox Support.

We recommend trying a soft factory reset of your Xbox One console selecting the option to keep your games and apps to avoid having to download them again.

Did you see any changes with this experience after that?

There is an issue that is going on and a lot of people are dealing with this. I cannot play any disc games myself, but can play downloaded games. I began thinking my disc reader went bad. They are working on it. Please just give them some time and hopefully
it will be fixed soon!
