Games not installing from shop and XBox app

I do not get my connection kicked I can load games I bought in the appstore just fine.

It only has problems with the games i did not buy because i want to try them on the game pass...

You could say there is a scheme behind that ;=)

Sadly there was no Proxy Setting/ VPN in the network connections.

on the next step i opened a powershell as an admin and did the repair

restarted the computer and opened the shop.

Still no install at all in the shop... in the XBox App same error, that a Problem occured and the installation failed.

This is really annoying.

This issue happens when the proxy settings is enabled on the computer or there are missing components on the Windows Store. We can resolve this issue by performing these methods:

Method 1: Checking the proxy settings.

1. Click Start and type in inetcpl.cpl and press Enter. This will open the Internet Options window.
2. Under Connections tab, click on LAN settings.
3. Remove the check beside Use a proxy server for your LAN (These settings will not apply to dial-up or VPN connections). and click OK.
4. Launch Windows Store again and check if the issue persist.
5. If there's no check beside Use a proxy server for your LAN, proceed to method 2.

Method 2: Repair Windows Store using Powershell.

1. Click Start and type in powershell and press Enter.
2. Copy and paste this Get-AppxPackage | % { Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppxManifest.xml" -verbose } on Powershell and press Enter.
3. Restart your device and launch Windows Store again.

I'm having this exact same issue!!! I've gone through and googled the errors, I've made sure everything on my computer is up to date (I even went to each individual driver and made sure they were all updated), I've uninstalled and reinstalled the Xbox App,
I've restarted my computer, and I've even reset my wifi and cleared the cache on it and on my computer to make sure it wasn't slowing it down. Every other app on my computer works fine, my phone works fine, and my PC is the only thing connected to the wifi,
but it still says error. It's like the moment I boot up the Xbox App it just messes up the entire connection and it keeps booting the wifi (I've gone through settings to try and stop it from doing this, but it just straight up murders it for a few seconds),
and the error keeps popping up. I've downloaded something that was 10GB in less than 2 hours on the microsoft edge browser and it's worked fine, but I try to download a 600mb game and the xbox app just won't do it. I don't know know what else to do about it,
because it's not my computer or the wifi itself, it's only the xbox app that I'm having this issue with and I've had the app for a good few months now.

This is the first time it's done this to me and it's been going on for a few days since I renewed my subscription to the pc gamepass.

Hi it looks like The Xbox PC App currently is only used for titles that are part of an active promotion. Game should be installed from a shop.
