    Been ill...and haven't played for a few months....I attempt to play Jigsaw Challenge....however, it's taking forever and a day to download the games????? Thank you!

    Games not downloading

    I have tried the suggested method to download while not connected to Internet. This does not work for me. Have tried need for speed and forza 5. Forza 5 seems as though it installs, but after I shut off xbox one console and restarts it asks for the disk.
    I thought once u install game u no longer need the disk in console. Very frustrated with a gaming console that you can't play games on. Microsoft should include a hammer with the console because nothing works on this $ 500 netflix player

    On your console, go to your Games and Apps and scroll all the way to the right. You should see a "Ready to Install" area and it may be listed there.

    Hi there, the only thing I can think of is did you ever go through your hard drive to see if there was a partial download of the game, possibly with a yellow triangle signalling that it's corrupted?

    Sometimes these corrupted partial downloads can stop it from being re-download successfully the second time. See the link for more information on deleting games from your hard drive:

    Sorry to hear it. Please try holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down to see if that helps.

    Thanks for the response, but they are not showing up in my Ready to Install. They are also not in my account. Might be because they are old (they are for my original Xbox One, which was about 3 years old....)
