Games not downloading becuase of network error

Hi, Demarco! I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble installing a game on your PC. No worries, I'm happy to assist you with this today.

Please try to follow these steps. Make sure to close any games and applications before proceeding.

- Press the Windows key and try CMD and run as Administrator. Enter this command and press Enter.

netsh winhttp reset proxy

Make sure that Direct access says "No proxy server".

- Ensure that you are on the most recent version of the Xbox app

Microsoft Store app > Downloads > Get updates/Update all

- Ensure that you have updated your PC to the most recent version of Windows, including optional updates

PC Settings > Windows Update > Check for updates > Install

-Then check your PC's date and time settings.

Your PC will need to have an accurate date and time value to be able to establish a connection.

On your PC, press the Start button, then select Settings.

Select Time & Language > Date & time.

Under Set time automatically, make sure the button is set to On.

- Press the Windows Key + S and type Microsoft Store and then click on App Settings.

Repair and Reset the App.

Then do the same with the Xbox App

- Restart the device to apply the changes and sign back in using the same email on the Xbox app And Microsoft Store App.

- Go to Start menu > Settings > Network and Internet > Advanced network settings > Network reset.

Some games you will not beable to download from the store becuase the companies have not released them digitally only on discs.

Do you have two verson of the game because you might of choose the wrong minecraft app becuase the newer verson of minecraft you have to download it in the game

No there are no xbox viruses becuase you cant download anything from internet explorer
