    Games no longer launching


    I recently had games installed and working and now the don't work. Ive tried uninstalling and reinstalling and keeps on showing error code. it keeps on popping up loading Microsoft then comes up with error or says the game is not available in my game pass
    when my account is activated and on my pc. Ive uninstalled all the games and I just reinstalled age of empires 3 and it wont even load the game. I tried resetting microsoft store and did nothing. I tried signing out and did nothing. I tried uninstalling the
    xbox app and reinstall and still did nothing and still comes up with the error. It just wont load the game

    The first course of action in thia case will be to uninstall and reinstall the game, as well as a full power cycle. This should hopefully correct the issue, please let us know if you need additional assistance!

    Hello, When I run the game the logo pops up and then disappears and the game does not launch. The game starts sometimes, I was able to play 30min.

    The games is well installed, I have all the updates and drivers OK.

    My config: W10, i7-4790, GTX 970, SSD.





    Strangely it's been several times that I test from 6pm and the game does not launch. Do you have problems with the game server? I wish I could play the game how to do it? I've already tested a lot of things seen on the forums.

    Can you help me please?
    Have tried several times and the games open but close in 2 seconds and won't launch

    Unbelievable ! it works! you only have to download a small app and Gears of war start correctly. I will finally be able to play it. Thank you so much for this tip.
