Games n apps see all

hmmm try reset the xbox but keep games n apps but first hard reset the Xbox unplug all cords power supply etc n let it set 5 mins then try it up but if no luck try reset xbox but keep all apps n games

got sorted, there was an update that didn't get to finish caused this, just reset the xbox keeping my all my games n apps n good as new

Oh that's possible, but I am currently talking to a microsoft employee who's saying that he sees the bundle in my games n apps but I don't see it anywhere so can't download it :/
