Games Missing From Ready to Install on New Xbox

So I recently got a second Xbox One, and have been getting everything setup over the past few days. The one thing I've noticed is that some of my digital games don't appear under my 'Ready to install' list. When I go to the store page for any of the games,
it wants me to purchase them again to download. This is only happening on the new Xbox One, specifically with 'Forza Horizon 2' and a few back compat 360 titles. Any ideas how to fix this?

i have a similiar issue except i cannot

install the missing games from the store.

also, LB+RB+X does not unhide my hidden games.

any help would be greatly appreciated-

I’m miss 101 games from my RTI'!!!!!!!!

 

Try Changing your Microsoft password then login again on your console where you cant download games. you can try Deleting account from console and re-add it.

 

I'm having the exact same issue, I have 139 games available to download, but Rocket League is missing on my new Xbox One S. It still shows up in the list on my old Xbox One though. I'll try changing my password when I get home and see if that fixes it.

this problem has existed since the beginning of the year and happens randomly. microsoft has yet to address the issue, and not because of the lack of them knowing- multiple threads have been made on the subject. i've had this issue for at least 4 months.
power cycling/changing password/etc doesn't work. MICROSOFT??

 

Happening to me with my Forza Warthog code. Redeemed it but cannot find it to download when I manage game.
