Discus and support games missing from my ready to install section in the my games and apps, also there are games ... in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; i have alot of missing games i own that are not in the ready to install section of the my games app on x1, there are others like battlefield hardline,...     games missing from my ready to install section in the my games and apps, also there are games ...


    i have alot of missing games i own that are not in the ready to install section of the my games app on x1, there are others like battlefield hardline, fifa 14 and 15, battlefield 4 that i never purchased but are showing up in my ready to install section?
    what can i do?

    hi, if you go to the My games & apps section on your Xbox, highlight the game and press the menu button, select manage game, are the dlc addons showing there in the ready to install section at all ?

    trying to download sims4, we purchased it already

    Hi, if you go to My games & apps on the Xbox then look in the Ready to install section do you see the game in there? if so select it and install.

    It may also be showing in the Queue section of My games & apps in which case it should be downloading already.

    All the games that are there that you do not own, are they all EA titles? The ones you list are. I suspect they are there because of the EA Access promotion which let Gold members download and play their games for free - this promotion has since ended, so
    while you may be able to redownload the games unless you buy them you would not be able to play.

    As for games not showing up, make sure you are signed into the account which purchased them and/or are playing on the console which is designated the "Home Xbox" of the account that purchased them.

    Hi my name is James. I use an Xbox one with my friend assigned as the home network and I used to have 160 games ready to install and a week ago that list dropped to 88 and I asked my friend and they said the titles that were removed from the ready to play
    list were all digital downloads. I need some help. How can I get the full list again. His account is the home Xbox on this console.
