    I was 14 when I bought my first Xbox 360, I had my mothers credit card linked to my profile to buy digital copies of games. I bought many games throughout my teen years, whether it was with a points card or the credit card. I sold my Xbox to a family with
    nothing after years of enjoying it myself. Cleared it completely. Didn't touch another Xbox for about 2 years. I AM 22 NOW. I BOUGHT 2 USED XBOX 360'S THIS YEAR. So I thought I would go back to my download/ Purchase history to get some games put on my new
    systems. Lone behold, I am missing more than half of my games. They are not in either my download or purchase history. But my purchasing dates back to 2011. The games I purchased with my mothers credit card are ALL MISSING. This was devastating to me of course,
    as a young teenager I always had to work and save my money to either pay my mom or buy point cards. So I go to check my achievements which would be an obvious piece of evidence showing I at least played these individual games. Sure enough they were in the
    achievement list. But it gets even more frustrating to find that many games I put HOURS INTO no longer have the achievements I unlocked years ago. It shows I have played those games, but not a single achievement is unlocked under these specific games. What
    did Microsoft just do to me? Why am I missing 2 pages of purchase history under my account? We no longer have that credit card my mom let me use. Is this because we cut our card? Shouldn't it still be under my account though? I feel like Microsoft just stole
    my youth... where are my games? where are my achievements? Is this legal?

    download and purchase history issues

    missing games from my download history, I know I had fable 2 at one point but deleted it to make room now its not in my download history, is anyone else having similar issues and I cant look at my purchase history

    Greetings, S1ck! Sounds like you're having some trouble re-downloading your games - sorry about that! Can you do me a favor and follow

    these steps     to get the transaction details from your missing purchases? If any of your purchases are missing from your purchase history
    live.xbox.com/.../History please give support a call and explain what's going on. They should be able to help you get this resolved as soon as possible. Let me know how it works out!

    Can't find a download?

    Hi,

    Sorry, if the game isn't in your download history that would mean that you haven't purchased it (at least not using this account). It's not possible for a game to simply vanish from someone's download history. Once you miss the opportunity to purchase one of
    these games for gold games in the first half of the month, there's no way to download it for free again.

    Lost Data - any way to find out what?

    Hey there Lancey!

    We do not keep a record of the data on your USB drives, so we won't be able to tell you what data you're missing.

    Fortunately, you can look through your account's download history (here's a guide:

    support.xbox.com/.../view-download-history    ) and redownload content from there if you notice you're missing anything.

    Downloading Issues

    You're content may be missing from the hdd but it is not gone. You will be able to redownload all the content you previously purchased from the download history. You can access this on your console by going to System>Accounts>Download History.
