    I Tried restarting my device i close all tabs even other browsers and i ended background stuff with task manager and it still doesnt work im signed in on everything.

    Let's try some steps to isolate the issue. Kindly try signing out/in from Xbox.com/play and make sure all the required services are running to solve Xbox app sync issues on Windows.

    Open the Start menu, search Services then open Services. Scroll down the list and find all of the Xbox entries (they are near the bottom).

    Gaming Services (There are 2 of them)

    Xbox Accessory Management Service

    Xbox Live Auth Manager

    Xbox Live Game Save

    Xbox Live Networking Service

    When you find them right-click on them and select Start. If you can see that they are already running you can skip them.

    And the 2. Second game I was screwed out was rainbow six siege i had a year 3 pass and it said on the year pass for rainbow six siege that i get to keep all of my operaters and iit also said that i get a 24 or a whatever boster there is and also like 10

    Rainbow 6 Siege downloaded when it was free now asking for disk after it didn't need it before.

    Rainbow Six Siege was free to play for gold members only for a period of time. In the end of the said period you have to purchase the game in order to keep playing
