So its been about 2 days since my console doesnt work at all(original xbox). i was switching between a game and youtube app which i never encountered any problems while switching between to go look what is going on in my game (theyre both installed on
an external harddrive) but i got a message saying that i should reinstall the game then another one about my local save file not working or something like that. then my console was freezing and i couldnt launch any apps and it was like the RAM exploded inside
(was extremely slow and i couldnt do anything) i turned the console off and turned it back on for it to be stuck on the green boot up screen. I checked it in the morning for it to be at the troubleshooting menu i restarted it a couple of times to get the same
results .....i went to factory reset everything while i took off my external hard drive and i couldnt launch the updates via internet because i kept getting error
E101-E102-E103-E105-E106 after i tried multiple times times to do it with an ethernet cable. then i tried to install
OSU2 files via usb key only to get the 106 error again i went on xbox start up error https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/console/startup-error-solution and
followed every step of the recommandations for the 106 error and downloaded + extracted
OSU1 files then copied iton a ntfs formated usb key for it to launch the update and get the
101 error and then the 106 error again. i restarted it a few time and i keep gettint the 106 error.... i dont know what to do anymore

Did you have 8007045d error after this?

I found a software problem that corrupting file system. My xbox haven't guaranty and I can extract the internal HDD

end fix errors in windows. After this the Xbox still work normal bit of time.

Main problem, how I see, is a absence of disk error fix tool in xbox's troubleshooter

I don't think so, however you can try to remove your console using the Xbox Insider hub on a pc and try again
