    Games keep crashing on my Series X!!!


    Most games I download and play crash repeatedly. Some after only a few minutes play. Happens with almost all AAA games. I have returned the xbox on 2 occasions and have just had the second returned from microsoft but still with the same issue. I am now out of warranty. I have tried uninstalling and downloading again, but with no success. So basically I have a useless black box next to my TV. Any help greatly appreciated.

    Why does Starfield keep crashing on my series x?

    It’s the same with my series X. Everything is fine on my end. The game either freezes or crashes at least 5 times a play through. I heard Starfield can’t keep up with the graphics that X expects on their end.

    Atm its an ongoing issuse, i find it happening most with AC:Val and COD:CW. It happens also with Rouge Company and MK11Ultimate.

    I have the exact same issue - Series X keeps crashing when trying to play with my daughter on PC. She has no issues or crashing, just me after a few minutes of being in the convoy.

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    I would like to clarify, have you already tried to reset the console keeping games and apps, or reset the console removing everything?

    Do you also have an external hard drive plugged in or an expansion card? A corrupted drive may cause these issues as well.

    If this is happening with multiple games, the issue can be with the console itself.
