games installing but are going right back to the ready to install list

Is it every game or only some?

Can you try power cycling (support.xbox.com/.../power-cycle-console) your console and see if that makes a difference to these games?

You bought the games but did you install them? You will need to install them in order for them to play. You can either head back to the store and find the games to install them or go to My Games & Apps and scroll all the way to the right. They will be
listed in the Ready to Install category.

if your game was a digital purchase it should be in your ready to install section of games

1. go to your home screen

2. Click on my games and apps.

3. Highlight Games in the vertical list on the left.

4. press right on your left stick to highlight one of the games that are "installed" and then right bumper to tab over into games that are "Ready to install"....

the game should be in your ready to install list as long as you're signed into your account that the game was purchased on

Yes. If you go to "manage game" after RB4 is installed, and scroll all the way to the right you should see a list of your DLC listed as "ready to install". Press A (twice?) and it will install in the background.

If you had purchased the game digitally have you tried your Ready to Install list? Head to My Games & Apps and scroll right until you see Ready to Install. If the list is not there then press the Start and Back buttons at the same time to make it appear.
