Games instalation are stuck in 91% and 67%

Hello everyone, if anybody could help me with this issue I'd be very pleased.

I bought 2 games this summer sale (Oxenfree anda The Flame in the Flood), and put then to download. The problem is they are stuck and don't install anymore, I don't understand why! I tried some tips like press the On/Off button for 10 seconds, and canceled
the download and tried again. But I always get stuck at the same percentage every time. So, I did the last resort, I reset the console. And I still have the same issue.

To test, I downloaded 2 other digital games (LIMBO anda PvZ from 360), and installed one from disc (minecraft) and they all worked perfectly fine. What's the deal with this two games??!!!!

I need some light on this matter. Please help me.

been stuck on 91% for over an hour now

Preordered Halo MCC. 5 hours into reload it stopped at 67%. It stayed there for about an hour, then went down to 64%. After about an hour it climbed back up to 67%, and remained there for 2 whole hours. So I restarted my console, and it went to 63%. Now
its stuck at 67% again.

Before you power cycle your console, did you cancel the downloads or did you cancel after you power cycled your Xbox One? If power cycled first, please reverse the order to see if that clears up your issue. Let us know
