Yes I just looked and this game is Physical only, so you can't purchase it from the digital store. As the other reply suggested, you'd have to look at or call local gaming shops or look online to Ebay etc.

Hi, i have the same problem with the friend above! I m from Greece, bought the console in Greece and allthough i downloaded the demo in the past and played it normally, cant play the game, sayin the region thing!
