    Games I purchased are not giving points I'm supposed to have.


    Hi I'm having trouble with my Xbox live rewards points. I have purchased over 40 different games with gift cards and debit cards. I have not received the points at all for those games I purchased at all. I called Xbox support representative but they cannot
    access my rewards account. I need help figuring out why I'm not getting the points I'm supposed to be getting for the games I purchased.

    I have been buying games on Xbox since the my start in the program in August and still haven't received any points. I have pre-ordered and purchased probably 7 games and done the reward surveys and still no reward points are coming in.. What am i supposed
    to do?

    Are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from? In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

    You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

    1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
    https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/     .

    -or-

    2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
    back as MyVIP payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

    In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as of July 2014, we do not award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals. MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of
    the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December 2016. Since you are a zero star member, you do not
    get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

    For example, since your Pac-Man purchases in July did not complete any offers on the MyMissions page, it did not award offer completion Credits. Since you currently do not have any MyVIP stars, it did not award MyVIP payback.

    So i can't actually purchase music for my windows phone using Microsoft points. I either have to pay for a monthly music pass that im not interested in or use the cloud which kind of defeats the point of the purchase considering that if i'm hooked up to
    the internet at the time i can simply access youtube or listen through some other means online. Suppose i have learnt my lesson, i'll just give my money to Nokia, at least then i can have the music i have purchased on my mobile device at my convenience.

    I'm having the same problem. Trying to play COD WWII and it will freeze and give the corrupt save file. Start all over and if I do happen to get by that freeze point, it will just freeze again at a different point. I suppose a call is in order.
