    Games I purchased are no longer playable


    I have several games I purchased years ago and have been playing for years that no longer show that I own them. They are still in my games and apps, but I get a do you have a disc or do you own this game text box, then I find it in the store and I have to rebuy it. This has happened on fallout 4 and shadow of murder. Same xbox, same profile, nothing has been reset. Any help is much appreciated!

    Hi, the game was playable via Gamepass, but is no longer in the subscription. It must be purchased normally in the store.

    Can you get a refund in an instance like this? The Konami X-Men arcade game is no longer on the Xbox store but it's still in my purchase history, downloadable and playable. Same for the Ninja Turtle arcade games, too, I believe

    Do the games I got from Xbox Game Pass remain playable after I cancelled my subscription.

    If you cancel your subscription to Game Pass, Unfortunately, the games will no longer be playable for free. You would need to purchase from online xbox store or your local store. Or you can continue the subscription service and keep playing!

    Games on Game Pass are only playable with an active Game Pass or Ultimate subscription. If Darksiders III has been taken off Game Pass, it will no longer be playable even if you still have it installed.
