    Games I paid for on Xbox arent showing up on the PC app


    I recently found out about being able to access Xbox games on PC and as someone who migrated to PC from Xbox this got me super excited. I had games I had paid for on my Xbox I was hoping to access and play on my PC, but when I opened the app it was only showing me Doom 64 which had come in a bundle I had paid for and Solitare. Am I going to have to repurchase these games to be able to play them? If so that's a lot of money that I don't feel comfortable shelling out when I've already paid for the game through the system. Or do i have to remote play through my PC to the Xbox which just seems overly complicated.

    It depends on what the games are. Only Play Anywhere titles can be bought on Xbox and played on PC without having to purchase them again (and vice versa). https://www.xbox.com/en-US/games/xbox-play-anywhere

    If the game is Play Anywhere, use the Microsoft Store app to check your library and you can install it from there.

This is not a problem, you will only have the games on the PC, if they are Xbox Play Anywhere titles as stated above, normally these titles are exclusive first-party Xbox games, so the licenses will be the same whether on Xbox or PC, but that only is valid for windows Microsoft store, other launchers do not participate in this program.

    - Titles from third-party developers are also part of the program, but this only depends on the game developer.

    Well, it depends what games they were....most games are not Play Anywhere titles. If they are not Play Anywhere titles, then you'd need to purchase the PC version to play the game on PC...only Play Anywhere titles can be bought once and downloaded on multiple platforms.

    Brought a game bundle but only 1 game is showing as owned. Unable to play other game.

    Games that arent avaliable through the xbox app on pc will not show when searched. Call of duty for example doesnt show when you search for it. Fishing sim:pro tour shows when you search for it. But it is still showing as a price and not saying no avaliable. It is indicating that i have to purchase it.

    How can I unlock the game pass quests from having a padlock on them?

    I have had the same issue ever since I renewed Game Pass Ultimate last week.

    • Everything works except Game Pass Quests on phone app and console
    • Game Pass Ultimate subscriber bonus points arent available on Xbox app
    • Xbox app on PC shows I am currently subscribed to Game Pass PC plan even though I am subscribed to Game Pass Ultimate plan and it shows correctly on microsoft account page.
