Games I Download

Hi Xbox,

I'm just messaging you guys because when (on my xbox one) I downloaded NBA 2K16 when it was a free game and later when if's fully installed on MY account, It says "Have you already purchased or downloaded this game from the store" error message and I was
like WHAT! The same thing happened when I downloaded WWE 2K16, it said i hadn't purchased or downloaded it when I did on my account when it was a free game. So, I was just wondering if you could maybe get me a refund or just provide me with some support because
I really wanted to play both of those games.

I cant download games

Hey betthaum,

Curious if we're able to download any other demos from the marketplace currently without any issues? Or does this issue only appear to be affecting the recently purchased games?

Also, have we had a chance to try resetting your modem and router for a full two minutes yet?

Some additional info about your setup here may be helpful as well. Are we connecting with a wired or wireless connection? If on wireless can we try a wired setup temporarily to troubleshoot the issue?

I cant download games

Hi,

I'm from brazil and use an account on brazilian xbox live. Yesterday, july/02/13, I saw an one day sale and purchased the games Far Cry 3, Assassins Creed 3 and Max Payne 3, all of it payed eith my credcard (I received an email message about the regular
payment). Although, the downloads of these three games dont finish, they stay in 0% and dont complete. There is no error code or message.

I called support and the client-server made severall tests by phone. We deleted corrupted (crashed) files, cleaned the storage device an cache but nothing works. He suggested me to get a virgin pendrive and try to save the games in this new device. I bought
a virgin pendrive (16 GB), I made all the procedure to adapt it to xbox and tried to save, but still not working.

So, I think there's no problem with my Xbox HardDiskn (250 GB, 130 GB free)

But, few minutes ago, I tried to download an app, called Maxim, and i get it. It was downloaded and works. I also obtained updates to my netflix app. But the games remains at 0%.

Have you purchased the game or just downloaded the game under the Games With Gold promotion? These games are only free during a set amount of time and afterwards you will either need to purchase the game to continue playing or wait and see if it is featured
as a free game again in the future. Also, make sure your gold subscription is active. If this answer doesn't help, please check out the FAQ link:

These games were offered as part of 2K's (the publisher) "Free Play Days", so you could download and play them for free on certain days, but after the promotion ended your access to them would have ceased and you would need to either buy the game digitally
from the Xbox Store or insert a disc for the game in order to continue playing.

You were able to download the games but you never actually "owned" them.

(These games were not part of Games with Gold, which grants an ownership licence, it was a publisher's promotion.)
