    Games Hub not showing on main account (Preview Delta) but works on new alt — anyone know why?


    Hi everyone, I could use some help. I’m in the Preview Delta ring, and on my main account, my settings show that I have the latest update installed. However, the Games Hub UI isn’t showing up — I still see the old interface.

    What’s strange is that when I switch to a brand new alt account I just created on the same console, the Games Hub appears just fine. Both accounts are on the same system and update, so I’m not sure what’s causing this difference.

    Has anyone else experienced this or know a fix? I’d really appreciate any help. Thanks!

    New menu

    If you are part of the subset Alpha Skip Ahead preview that has the new Dashboard, use the Insider Hub and Manage option to change to a lower preview ring, eg Beta, Delta or Omega.

    Or opt out of any previews and unenroll the console from any previews and install the General Availability public OS.

    Be aware that changing previews or opting out will require a Factory refresh of the console. You will need the account details of any profile that uses the console.

    Cannot go to the "My Account" page on Xbox.com

    Does anyone know why this would happen on one account but not another? I tried an alt account of mine on IE and Chrome and I could go to the Account pages there. Just not on this account.

    Why cant I play my games on alt acount

    If its not letting you play games on your alt account because you bought games on your other account, you have to sign into your main account, go into setting, general, personalization, then into my home Xbox and it will tell you how many times you can
    make that account a home xbox. After you do that sign out of your main account then sign into your alt account and then it should work.
