Games from xbox app crash for my friends when we play with 3 or more players

Hi thanks for your answer. I'm currently playing from PC (the game was initially purchased as Xbox One digital content, but as I don'thave live gold I can play online) and my friends are playing from PC. The game crashes suddenly without notice when we play together in a convoy, not when entering a speed zone. For example, we start a championship we are able to compete, if we're lucky, in 2/3 races because the game crashes on my end and after some minutes on my friends device. I don't know if it's the same problem, but it's not speed zone locked, I'm guessing it has something to do with timing (???) but I'm not sure

We have tried both methods but unfortunately it still does'nt work. When I play solo the game does'nt crash but as soon as I play with friends the games of all players crash after about ten minutes.
