Hi,am from Ghana and want to get games on my Xbox one console...what are my options?

Your only option is getting the disc version of some games and playing them offline. Even those may have some installation issues or may require updates. So you are pretty limited.

You could also buy the games on disc and play them that way.

Simple answer is that if you live in a unsupported region your game play is not supported and you can expect to have problems.

this is the page outlining where Xbox Live is currently supported.

You would not be able to recieve support if you experience any issues, and if you establish an account logged to a different region, there are concerns about your account availability if they ever do add Ghana. You would also be subject to currency exchange
fees that might apply if you purchase games digitally.

It's available now. If you don't see it on the market, it's because your device is "unsupported". But you can try side-loading the APK to your device.
