Games from gamepass doesn't launch

I have a xbox one S and have problem playing any games. Its been a year since i had gamepass and recently i got it. I downloaded some games from gamepass, no one worked. Black screen or the startup picture of the game and then back to the xbox menu. Sometime the xbox just crash. I tried to download a game i already owned. I launched it but when im in, its so laggy and no sound... impossible to do anything.

I did a power cycle (probably 10 times now), clear cache, factory reset (games and everything) may be 5 times, reset my modem and router a couple of times too and erased mac adress. I really don't know what to do next.

I tried a 360's game i have on a disc. I can launch it but no sound and i can't install my profil. Its strange cause it was working fine before.

I need your help, im desperate.

Since you have already done all the troubleshooting methods, what I can recommend right now is to have your Xbox One S serviced or repaired.

I made sure he had Xbox Gamepass Ultimate. I logged into his account and I launched a game and it worked well. But when I launch a game in my account it doesn't work.

I am experiencing similar issues, in my case sometimes the app doesn't recognize when I launch gamepass games or remote installations...

No, They are not. I had GamePass PC earlier and everything used to work properly but then one day I got notification that there is an offer on GamePass Ultimate so I upgraded but since the day GamePass PC subscription ended and GamePass Ultimate subscription started, I can only launch games that are on EA Play and that too from EA Desktop App only.

Now, because the GamePass Ultimate was a 3 month subscription, so I can't even go back to GamePass PC until it's over.

Any game that launches from Xbox app for Windows fails to launch and tried repairing and resetting the Xbox and Microsoft Apps, sign-out and then again sign-in on both the apps but still same thing.

For Example, Forza Horizon 4 used to work earlier but now it does not.

Thank you for the reply. However the only issue with this is that the game I'm trying to launch through cloud doesn't have the cloud icon in my library but it does when I look at it through the gamepass store. In my library instead of showing the gamepass and cloud icon it just shows the name of the game and "owned"
