    Ji, i have downloading some xbox game pass games, and when trying to play it they freeze when i move my mouse, i tried with other EA play games and i was going correctly, but only with xbox games it happens to me, i tried it with Back4Blood, Aragami 2, Among us and all 3 freeze when I move the mouse. I have a gtx 1060 6gb with an i3 10100f 16GB RAM processor and my mouse is a g703 (I already tried using another mouse with games and the problem persists). I already tried uninstalling the xbox launcher, uninstalling the games, I have the drivers updated and uninstalling the mouse software.

    Third-party services and programs may be causing this. If you have monitoring apps, fans/rgbs controller, broadcasting apps disable these programs, perform a clean boot and try again.

    hi i managed to figure it out. The first thing was that lowering the mouse polling rate from 1000hz to 150hz fixed some fps and xbox games like Among us worked fine, but with heavier games like back4blood it didn't solve it, after many attempts to fix them I closed an application to control the fans of my pc which is GPU TWEAK, when I closed this program the games worked correctly.
