Games for windows marketplace missing.

The marketplace for GFWL (Games For Windows Live) games was removed about a week and a half ago.

Sorry you missed it before it left.

Well, good news is I found it. It indeed WAS in my Purchase History. I must have missed it each time I looked! D'oh!

Though, it's still curious that there are "Unknown Item"(s) in my purchase history I no longer have access too. Definitely opened my eyes, and I'm going to be very cautious about buying anything VIA Xbox Live in the future. Hard copies for me, because the
only way I will be denied access to that is if I damage it. Call me old-fashioned, but when I BUY something, it should be there for me anytime I need it (unless I use it up, break it, or misplace it), it's not like I'm renting this stuff.

I will be contacting the BBB regarding the matter of the "Unknown Items" I've purchased in the past that are now totally unavailable. Though I doubt it will do any good.

Clodhopper - that makes it sound like the transfer you did was TO your current Xbox, which would make sense. Unfortunately, delisted items can often not be retrieved depending on the reason for delisting. I'm having the same issue with Diner Dash. My
girlfriend wants to play it, but even with my account signed in and redownloaded from my history (this one WAS listed there), it still only comes up as a trial version. I'm not pleased about it, but sadly nothing can be done.

Games and content are removed from the marketplace all the time for various reasons. There's no refund if content is delisted.

The games are supposed to be available to redownload for free, but unfortunately people do run into these issues every now and then. I'm not sure if there's a solution that will allow you to redownload them. Since you got a new console the only thing I'd
suggest is trying a license transfer if you haven't done one already. the 2nd part of the transfer involved redownloading the licenses for your content so maybe that will fix it.

That's what I think. Though I paid for it, am I no longer entitled to have it? I paid full price for it (which I believe was 800 points, though maybe it was 400)
